Early Days | I grew up in
Wessington Springs, SD. I come from a family of seven. Besides my mom and dad, I have three brother and one sister. I graduated from WSHS in 1989. |

Off to College | After high
school, I ventured on to Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. I majored in Elementary Education and minored in Early Childhood. I graduate with my Bachelor of Science Degree in May of 1993. |

New Beginnings | On July 24, 1993 I married
my husband, Doug. We lived in Aberdeen for our first year of marriage. I worked at Learning Tree Preschool with the KinderKids. Doug continued to work for Coca Cola Distributors. |

Moving On | In August of 1994 Doug and
I bought a house and moved to Summit, SD. I was hired to teach first grade and Doug took a position in Watertown, SD at Midcom, Technologies. |

Expanding Our Family |
On October 15, 1997 we
were blessed with the most precious little girl, Hailey Pearl Bruckner. She has been the light of our lives ever since that day! |
 |
Moving On, Again | In May of 1998 I was
offered a teaching job in Madison, SD as a kindergarten teacher. We found a house and moved in August. Doug was hired with B&G Transportation as their office manager and systems coordinator. |
