Snow Globes
Materials: circle template (ice cream bucket lid)
9X12 lt blue construction paper
9X12 multi colored construction paper
equal parts white glue and shaving cream mixture
epsom salt/ hot water mixture (1/2 C of each)

1.  cut circle out of lt. blue paper
2.  draw a winter scene with crayon
(use plenty of colors)
3.  use glue/shaving cream mixture on white
parts to create a puffy paint look
4.  paint whole picture with epsom salt mixture
5.  cut hexagon shape from colored const.
paper for globe base
6.  glue parts together

snow globe
Magic Crystal Paint
2 cups water
2 cups Epsom salt
food coloring (optional)
In a saucepan, combine the water and Epsom salt, and bring to a boil. Stir the mixture and allow to cool. Add food coloring. Paint on construction paper. Makes clear or colored crystals when dry.
